Luminate & Unleash: Monthly Recurring Membership - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Luminate & Unleash's Monthly Recurring Membership, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Luminate & Unleash.

2. Membership Details

a. Payment: You agree to pay the monthly membership fee as specified at the time of subscription. Payments will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method.

b. Renewal: The membership is billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless canceled by you. You can cancel your membership at any time.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined on our website. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent month.

b. Refunds: Luminate & Unleash does not provide refunds for partially used membership periods. Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Luminate & Unleash under exceptional circumstances.

4. Changes to Terms

Luminate & Unleash reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of changes, and continued use of the membership after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Termination of Membership

Luminate & Unleash reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by Luminate & Unleash.

a. Luminate & Unleash is not responsible for any technical issues that may interrupt or disrupt the delivery of services.

b. Luminate & Unleash does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of its services.

8. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase and participate in the breathwork packages. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

9. Health and Safety: 5.1. Participants must disclose any pre-existing physical or mental health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in breathwork sessions. 5.2. Participants understand and acknowledge that breathwork sessions can elicit strong emotions and physical sensations. It is the participant's responsibility to inform the practitioner immediately if they experience any discomfort or distress during the session. 5.3. The practitioner is not a licensed medical professional, and breathwork sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Participants should consult with their healthcare provider before participating if they have any concerns about their health or the suitability of breathwork for them.

10. Confidentiality: The practitioner will maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal information shared during the breathwork sessions, unless required by law or if there is a risk of harm to the participant or others. Participants are requested to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and not to disclose any personal or sensitive information shared by others during the sessions.

11. Liability: Participants acknowledge that participation in breathwork sessions is voluntary and at their own risk. The practitioner shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of the sessions. Participants agree to release the practitioner from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or in connection with the breathwork sessions.

12. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to materials, resources, recordings, and techniques, used or provided during the breathwork sessions, remain the property of the practitioner. Participants are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing any materials or recordings without the prior written consent of the practitioner.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing and participating in any breathwork package. By purchasing and participating in a breathwork package, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided: 1.1. The breathwork package includes sessions that involve conscious breathing techniques facilitated by a certified breathwork practitioner. 1.2. The practitioner will guide and support you throughout the breathwork sessions to enhance your overall well-being and personal growth. 1.3. The sessions may be conducted in-person, online, or through a combination of both, as specified in the package details.
2. Eligibility: 2.1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase and participate in the breathwork packages. 2.2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
3. Package Purchase: 3.1. The breathwork package must be purchased in advance and payment must be made in full before the sessions can be scheduled. 3.2. All package prices are clearly stated and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. 3.3. Any additional costs associated with the breathwork package, such as transportation or accommodation, are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations: 4.1. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. 4.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the session. 4.3.
