Personalised Sessions: 12 individual meetings, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. In the first month, we prioritise getting you clean and sober while helping you examine your thoughts and feelings and reflect on your relationship
with alcohol or other drugs.
Essential Recovery Kit: This includes a guide to aid your recovery journey, encouraging you to capture your thoughts, emotions, and challenges with substances. It helps in identifying triggers and building healthy habits. Plus, you'll get a recovery book, a journal, a toolkit, and a pen.
Step-by-Step Guidance: After the first sobering month, we engage you in the renowned 12-step approach, providing workbooks and our expertise. Coupled with techniques like CBT and ACT, this holistic method ensures you lead a gratifying life without the need for substances.
Family Integration: A dedicated family session to educate your loved ones about the complex nature of addiction.
Community Support: 36 Recovery Meetings, both in-person and online, where members share their stories, successes, and hope.

Friday, 7 pm: Exclusive Zoom meeting
The Freedom Room Space: Available on weekdays, this is a sanctuary for those needing a safe, holistic, inviting environment. You can even work from here alongside peers.
Self Care: Unlimited sessions in our deluxe Smart Glide Pro massage chair, promoting physical relaxation as a crucial component of early recovery.
Healing: 3 x meditation and sound healing with Morgan in person (Second Tuesday of each month, 6pm)
