This retreat includes working in categories such as Breathwork, yoga nidra meditation, journaling, affirmation, and sound healing - all of which helped to regulate our nervous systems.
Nervous system regulation teaches us to release stress in a natural way – through inhaling and exhaling. Our bodies are like a reservoir for trapped emotion. Nervous system regulation flushes our systems, clearing the reservoir.

How to prepare for your NSR retreat:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, hat, and sunscreen.
The retreat will be both indoors and outdoors.
Sometimes we will be lying on our backs for the meditations. Sometimes I play music during the session. All the time it will be fun.
Nervous system regulation helps the mind, body, and soul to heal and recover. Learning nervous system regulation can be easy and fun.

About Ryan Williams:
My life is divided into two life spans: Before Nervous System Regulation (BNSR), and After Nervous System Regulation (ANSR). I am certified as a Breathwork teacher, yoga nidra teacher, and meditation instructor. You may be familiar with my first book, The Influencer Economy, and a podcast of a similar name.
After working in social media for Disney, Machinima, and many tech startups to help spread their stories, I now use my skills to further my mission: helping others learn how to regulate their nervous systems.
My previous career prepared me very well for this path. My first book, The Influencer Economy, details the emerging economy of social media influencers that shape our culture today. I have interviewed media personalities such as Larry King, Seth Godin, Jemele Hill, and Willie Geist.
I host the podcast, Breathwork with Ryan Williams, and write an email newsletter, Nervous System with Ryan Williams.
This retreat takes place in Los Angeles, which is unsettled Tonga land.
