HOW TO BOOK
STEP 1 Select which multi-class package you want - select if you are a Club Member, or not.
IMPORTANT: please purchase package BEFORE booking your classes, otherwise you will be charged the ad hoc rate. You will receive an email with confirmation and a unique CODE*.
STEP 2 Then BOOK your CLASSES.
Multi-classes: EG: Booking for the whole term of 12, select the first date and press recurring and add 12. This will save you having to book all 12 individually. Then redeem your selection by using your email address OR the CODE as credit against the classes.
Please select REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT (a tab located at the bottom of your appointment order). Thereafter, as long as you log in each time, you won't need to repeat any form filling. Your information will be pre-filled when booking a new appointment, and you will be able to view your upcoming/past appointments and code balances.
12 Pilates classes of term:- (Props needed)
Wk 15th April - Ease ‘your back in’ - block and towel
Wk 22nd April - Breathing - connecting movement with the breath - block and towel
Wk 29th April - Ball class - freeing up the lower back and pelvis - Pilates Ball
Wk 6th May - Towel workout - upper back and arms - 3ft towel (No Monday Classes, Tues 9.15am,10.30am,6pm & 7.15pm running)
Wk 13th May - Core Up - core strengthening - hand weights
Wk 20th May - Core Challenge - Power House Planking - resistance loop and hand weights
Wk 27th May - Half term – No classes
Wk 3rd June - Bum’s, Tum’s, balls & bands - Resistance band & loop, Pilates ball & tennis ball
Wk 10th June - Functional Focus for Walking - Large towel
Wk 17th June - Resistance load - Resistance bands and hand weights
Wk 24th June - Chair Challenge
Wk 1st July - Screen Time Slouch - Stand Tall (Mon and Tues AM classes at St. Gregory’s, Mon 6.45pm at Lingfield)
Wk 8th July - Unlock your tight hip flexors (Mon and Tues AM classes at St. Gregory’s, Mon 6.45pm at Lingfield)
