Outdoor cold shower, umbrella, change room, compost toilet, sauna, ice bath, UE boom, and all water and towels are provided.

Private Space Hire

Hauora Sanctuary offers a peaceful setting for yoga, meditation, and holistic workshops. Available for half- or full-day group bookings, it’s perfect for team-building, gatherings, or special events. With a maximum of 12 people, the space is ideal for corporate retreats, wellness workshops, or a relaxing day with friends. Enjoy our services in a private, natural environment.

It involves both of you starting in the sauna to warm up, after 5 mins one will begin with a 60min contrast therapy session while the other enjoys a 60min massage. After an hour I redress the table and clients swap for 60mins. Clients finish with a drink and 15min of chill time together to re ground. Wooden barrel sauna, cedar ice bath and sanctuary space for use during your time.

Ultimate Rest + Recovery - 150mins

Accommodating 1 to 8 participants, it concludes with a guided contrast therapy session (sauna and ice bath) lasting 60 to 90 minutes, set in the serene Hauora Sanctuary.
