You must sign up 2 days in advance.
If you are not a current CCS client, you will be contacted before your pick-up for a phone intake, or you can stop by before your appointment to complete this in advance.
If you are not able to make it, please cancel your appointment with as much advanced notice as possible.
If you are a "no show" 2 or more times, you will be contacted and may lose appointment privileges.
