Choose your slot by selecting the desired conference room along with the amount of time that is desired for the reservation. We have 1 large conference room (Room 1) and 3 small conference rooms (Rooms 2, 3, 4) available for booking. Bookings are available in one hour increments up to four hours. Fees are outlined below:

Large conference room (Room 1) $20 per hour
Small conference rooms (Rooms 2, 3, 4) $10 per hour

Once you arrive at the shop for your scheduled time, proceed to the sales counter to get a door unlock code.

NO CANCELLATION POLICY

At LC Coffeehouse, we strive to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth experience, we have implemented the following no cancellation policy:

Booking and Reservations:
- Once a booking or reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
- We encourage our customers to carefully review their schedules before making a reservation.
Payment and Fees:
- All payments made for services are non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued.
- Any outstanding balances must be settled as per the original booking.
Exceptions:
- In rare cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), we will consider rescheduling or providing credit for future services.
- Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for exceptions.
