Arrival:
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class to check in and prepare.
- We are located at Unit 16 of The Printworks, Speedwell. It is the first unit on the left as you enter the new industrial estate if you are to get lost!
What to Wear:
- Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout attire that allows you to move freely and for the instructor to check your form.
- Grip socks are recommended for your safety on the reformer beds. If you don't have a pair, we have grip socks available for purchase at the studio.
What to Bring:
- Water bottle
- A positive attitude and readiness to move!
Cancellation Policy:
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class. No shows will not be refunded.
Studio Etiquette:
- Please silence your phone during class to maintain a focused and peaceful environment.
- Please wipe down your equipment after use.
