Rain or Shine Event

Our Experiences take place rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the season. Depending on the weather, conditions may include snow, ice, mud, or dry ground. Waterproof boots are strongly encouraged during cold or wet seasons. Wear clothes and footwear that you don’t mind getting dirty.

Tickets and Participation

  • All participants must purchase a ticket in advance to join any of our Experiences.
  • One ticket = one participant. Tagalongs, walkalongs, or bystanders are not allowed.
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult

Credit Card Surcharge

  • We will pass along the actual cost of credit card processing fees as a surcharge.
  • We ensure transparent pricing by itemizing credit card surcharges at checkout.

Age Requirements for Experiences

  • Llama/Alpaca Hike: Ages 8+
  • Goat Walk Adventure: Ages 5+
  • Yoga on the Farm: Ages 5+
  • Bunnypalooza: Ages 5+
  • Walk-a-Donk: Ages 5+ (2 people per donkey)
  • Warm and Fuzzy Animal Visit: All ages
  • Tea Time with Alpacas and Llamas: Ages 5+
  • Farm Tour: All ages

Parents/Guardians of Young Children:
Children must be well-behaved during their visit, staying with their parents/guardians and the group at all times. Running, screaming, climbing fences, or disobeying tour guide instructions will not be tolerated. For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to ask visitors to leave without a refund if their behavior disrupts the experience for others.

Inherent Risks and Responsibilities

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in activities on a working farm. These may include personal injury, property damage, or exposure to unpredictable farm conditions.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Following all posted signs and directions.
  • Adhering to rules of conduct and instructions from farm representatives.
  • Exercising reasonable care and caution during your visit.

If you do not understand the risks or responsibilities, or if anyone in your group needs clarification, please speak with a farm representative before beginning the activity.

Refund Policy for Unprepared Visitors:
If you or someone in your group is unwilling to accept the risks or responsibilities of visiting a working farm, please notify an attendant before starting the Experience. Non participants are not eligible for a refund and participation in the activity will not proceed.

Additional Policies

  • No Dogs Allowed: Dogs, including those left in vehicles, are not permitted on the farm.
  • Indoor Restrooms: facilities are available in the Visitors Center including one handicap b
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Reschedules are limited to weekdays and are at the discretion of the Host.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled date will not receive a refund.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show for your scheduled Experience (including late arrivals), it will be considered a No Show with no refund or reschedule.
  • Phone calls or messages within 72 hours of your visit will not result in a cancellation/ refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the event. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund, and we will notify you via email at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
