- Clients are respectfully requested to give a minimum of 24 working hours notice if they wish to change or cancel their appointment. Regrettably, cancellations made, for any reason, with less than 24 hours notice, will, unfortunately, have to be charged at the full treatment price. This is also applicable to missed appointments.
