RMR Analysis is a seated, 15 minute analysis of your body's thermogenics and caloric expenditures. This test will provide you the most accurate baseline to determine how many calories you need for your goals!
*NOTE: for both the RMR and the VO2 analysis:
1. Must be fasted for at least 5 hours prior to test (water okay).
2. No exercise for 12 hours prior to test.
3. Cannot have alcohol or caffeine for at least 12 hours prior.
