PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is collected in full prior to service. Credit, Debit, or PayPal are accepted. *INSURANCE IS NOT ACCEPTED.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A canceled appointment hurts three people: you, your coach, and another client who could have potentially used your time slot. Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for my clients.
When a session is canceled without adequate notice, I am unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the waitlist, or a client with a personal emergency.
My cancellation policy is this: Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime if they provide 48 hours' notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up, you forfeit the amount paid for the appointment and can no longer reschedule the appointment or receive credit for the appointment.
You can cancel your appointment by calling, texting, or emailing me.
While it is a time commitment, this is for your personal growth and consistency is key to achieving this.
-If you are a weekly or bi-weekly loyalty client and you miss three scheduled appointments within a three-month period, the professional relationship between you and me will be terminated. ALL NO-SHOWS REQUIRE CONFIRMATION FOR THE NEXT APPOINTMENT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL IF YOU ARE A NO-SHOW.

*If I (Shaleea) must cancel an appointment, rescheduling the appointment will be offered unless the client-coach relationship is terminated.

GROUP SESSIONS:

Classes, webinars, coaching sessions and, workshops are NON-REFUNDABLE. No accommodations will be made. Cancellations will only be accepted via call, text, email, or through our scheduling portal. All other methods of cancellation will not be accepted. All classes/workshops are open to the public.

*All sessions are held via Zoom. Please download the Zoom app prior to your scheduled session. The Zoom invitation will be located in your calendar invite or appointment confirmation email.

Terms and Conditions for Wedding Officiant Services

1. Agreement to Terms: By booking Dr. Shaleea Venney as your wedding officiant, you (hereafter referred to as "the Couple") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding upon confirmation of your booking.

2. Services Provided: Shaleea Venney will provide wedding officiant services as discussed and agreed upon with the Couple. This includes the creation of a personalized ceremony script, officiating the wedding on the agreed-upon date and time, and filing the marriage license with the appropriate local authority, if applicable.

3. Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking for the wedding date. The remaining balance is due [two weeks] before the wedding date. Payments can be made via [ShaleeaVenney.com, paypal, Zelle, Cashapp].

4. Cancellations and Changes: If the Couple needs to cancel or reschedule the wedding, they must notify Shaleea Venney at least 7 days in advance. While the deposit is non-refundable, efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling based on Shaleea's availability. Cancellations made less than [specified time] before the wedding date will require payment in full.

5. Late Policy: The Couple agrees to begin the ceremony at the scheduled time. Delays of more than 30 minutes may incur an additional fee of [$50] per [30 minutes].

6. License: The Couple is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license before the wedding ceremony and presenting it to Shaleea Venney on or before the wedding day, as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability: Shaleea Venney shall not be held liable for any events beyond their control that may cause the wedding ceremony to be delayed, altered, or canceled. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Couple to Shaleea Venney.

8. Intellectual Property: Shaleea Venney reserves the right to use images or videos from the wedding ceremony for promotional purposes, unless specifically requested otherwise by the Couple.

9. Final Agreement: This agreement constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive agreement between Shaleea Venney and the Couple. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California/United States.

Terms and Conditions for Vow and Toast Writing Services

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the provision of vow and toast writing services provided by Shaleea Venney, herein referred to as "the Service Provider," to you, the client. By commissioning the Service Provider, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Service Description: The Service Provider offers personalized writing services for wedding vows and toasts. This includes a consultation to understand the client's needs and preferences, the creation of custom-written content, and up to 2 revisions to ensure satisfaction.

3. Fees and Payment:

Payment in full is required upon booking the Service Provider’s services.
Payment can be made via ShaleeaVenney.com, paypal, Zelle, Cashapp.

4. Process and Timelines:

The client will provide necessary information and inspiration during an initial consultation, allowing the Service Provider to craft personalized vows or toasts.
The client will receive a first draft within [3] days of the consultation.
The client is entitled to up to [2] revisions, provided they are requested within [3] days of receiving each draft.

5. Intellectual Property: The final vows and toasts delivered to the client will be the client's property for personal use. However, the Service Provider retains the right to use excerpts or the entire content for portfolio purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Identifying details will be changed to maintain the client’s privacy.

6. Cancellation Policy:

If the client wishes to cancel the service, they must notify the Service Provider in writing. Efforts will be made to cancel the order but if work has commenced, it is nonrefundable.
If work has commenced beyond the initial draft, an additional cancellation fee may apply, proportionate to the work completed.

7. Liability: The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss; any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill; or any loss resulting from the use or inability to use the written material provided.

8. Confidentiality: The Service Provider commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client for the purpose of writing vows or toasts.

9. Revision and Approval: The client agrees to review and respond to drafts within [3] days of receipt. Failure to provide feedback within this timeframe may result in delays. Final approval of the content must be given in writing.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California/United States.

11. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by the Service Provider, with the revised terms taking effect for all clients from the date stated.
