Your $25 reservation fee will be deducted from the total cost of your procedure. If you decide not to receive the specific treatment you consulted for, the $25 will be transferred to a credit that can be used anytime in our office towards any future treatment.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, or this credit will be forfeited.
