We are open Tuesday-Friday from 8am-6pm. Mondays and Saturdays can be scheduled by call or texting us at 513-546-4818.
Scheduling is first come, first serve. It is highly recommended to schedule recurring services at least 2 month out.
In-person or virtual consultations are not required but are highly recommended. If neither is done, exacting pricing will be given on the day of the service.
There are few policies to read before booking an appointment:
1. Same day cancelations will result in a $50 charge. Rescheduling will not result in a charge.
2. We do not clean up animal waste. Any animal waste left unpicked up will lead to a $50 charge.
3. No call no shows will be required to pay half of their invoice.
