Prior to scheduling your inspection, please have the following information handy:

• Property address including zip code
• Municipality
• Contact person's phone number
• A valid email address
• Your permit number
• Plans Examiners job number (if you have been provided one)
• The accurate square footage for your building or tenant space (for Fire Inspections)

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING:

The times to be selected on this schedule are only a placeholder for your inspection on the day requested. Our inspectors perform their inspections in a logical progression from geographical area to geographical area throughout the day. Prior to the day of inspection, we will update the order of inspections based on their geographical location and if your inspection time changes you will receive an email notification informing you of the new, more accurate time.

If you must request a specific time to meet the inspector, please indicate the time in which you would like to have your inspection done in the "Additional Comments" section on the following page and the inspector will contact you to confirm.

Our inspectors will do their best to accommodate requests for specific inspection times, and requests to call an hour before your appointment, but these are not guaranteed.

For ALL Permitted Inspections: A copy of the approved drawings MUST be kept on site at all times. If no approved plans are present on site the inspection will automatically FAIL and you will be charged for a reinspection.

For ALL Fire Inspections: If you select the wrong square footage for your fire inspection, and thus pay the wrong fee, you will be required to pay the correct fee prior to passing your inspection.
