This service fee is to book appointment slot, once services are completed successfully the $75 deposit will be applied to the remaining balance. This fee is also a non-refundable charge in the of event:

• Request isn't cancelled prior to 24-hour notice.
• Internet speed isn't above minimum spec (300Mbps download/ 50Mbps upload, Latency less than 65ms). Please run an internet speed check prior to making appointment.
• Failure to follow instructions during programming event.
• Not ready to begin event at requested start time. Any delays causes conflict in delivering Spot-On service. :)
