Settled Sleep

For any in person or call bookings, you will receive a confirmation email once you have booked. If you have opted for a Google Meet call, you will then receive an email from Lucy with the link to use. If you've opted for a phone call, Lucy will call you on the phone number provided at your consultation time.

For any Whatsapp support bookings, please select the date you want the support to start and select any available time that day. Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email and then Lucy will be in touch directly with her mobile number.
