Thank you for your interest in scheduling a coaching appointment with me! To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, please follow the instructions below:

Select Your Preferred Time: Choose your desired time,

Provide Your Information: After selecting a time slot, please enter your name, email address, and any additional information requested by the scheduling tool.

Confirmation Email: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details, including the date, time, and Zoom meeting link.

Prepare for Our Session: Before our appointment, please take some time to complete your intake form. This will help you reflect on the topics or goals most important for us to address. If you cannot answer all the questions, complete as many as you can.

Joining the Zoom Meeting: On the day of our appointment, simply click the Zoom meeting link provided in your confirmation email. You’ll be prompted to enter the meeting ID and passcode to join our session.
