I agree to the Liability Agreement and Release Agreement below:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk: The Client acknowledges that participating in Pilates classes involves physical activity that may result in injury. The Client understands and accepts the risks involved in participating in Pilates sessions and agrees to follow all instructions provided by the Instructor.

2. Health Status: The Client confirms that they are in good health and have no physical conditions or disabilities that would prevent them from safely participating in Pilates sessions. The Client has consulted with their healthcare provider before starting any new exercise regimen if needed.

3. Liability Release: The Client, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Instructor, their employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury or damage that may occur as a result of participation in Pilates sessions.

4. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Instructor harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from the Client's participation in Pilates sessions.

5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
