1. Introduction

Welcome to Liliana Coventina (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or participating in our coaching services, courses, or offerings, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Our work together is designed to guide you in personal growth, intimacy, and self-expression. While we may explore holistic concepts, energy work, and spiritual perspectives, it is crucial to honor your own values and beliefs. Nothing in this work should supersede your personal integrity, autonomy, or established support systems.

2. Coaching Services & Disclaimer

Not a Substitute for Therapy: I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional, and I do not provide medical, psychological, or mental health treatment.
Coaching vs. Therapy: Coaching is a future-oriented, goal-driven process that focuses on self-exploration, embodiment, and empowerment. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, or replace professional therapy or medical care.
Support System Encouraged: You are encouraged to have an adequate support system in place outside of coaching, such as a licensed therapist, trusted mentors, or community resources. Coaching should be an enhancement to your existing wellness practices, not a replacement for professional care.

3. Payment & Fees

Payment for coaching sessions, packages, or courses must be made in full or through an agreed-upon payment plan before the start of services.
Payment plans, if available, must be honored in full, regardless of whether you complete all sessions.
Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only available for unused one-on-one coaching sessions within a coaching package.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to healing@lilianacoventina.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be given for:
- Completed sessions (whether attended live or missed by the client).
- Digital courses, self-paced programs, or downloadable materials.
- Group coaching programs or retreats.
- Failure to utilize services within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Rescheduling of one-on-one sessions requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited.

5. Client Responsibilities & Self-Accountability

You agree to show up on time, prepared, and engaged in your coaching sessions.
You acknowledge that transformation requires effort, and results depend on your participation.
You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and interpretations of the material provided.
If you experience distress or discomfort during coaching, you are responsible for seeking the appropriate professional support outside of our work together.
You understand that while we may discuss personal experiences, emotions, and intimacy-related topics, coaching is a collaborative process that requires open communication and respect.

6. Holistic & Spiritual Perspectives

Our coaching may incorporate energetic, somatic, spiritual, and archetypal concepts, but these are offered as exploration tools, not absolute truths.
You are not required to adopt any specific spiritual belief or practice in order to benefit from coaching.
Your personal value system takes precedence, and you are encouraged to integrate only what resonates with you.

7. Conflict Resolution & Coaching Relationship Boundaries

Respect & Professionalism: Both client and coach agree to maintain a foundation of mutual respect and professionalism.
Handling Disagreements: If misunderstandings or conflicts arise, we agree to address concerns openly and directly in a professional manner.
Intimacy Challenges & Coaching Impasses: Because we engage in deep, transformative work, intimacy challenges can sometimes arise between coach and client. If we reach an impasse in our work together, we may:
- Reassess the coaching structure.
- Adjust the coaching container to ensure a supportive experience.
- Invite a neutral third-party mediator to facilitate resolution if needed.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All coaching conversations are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Group coaching and community spaces operate under a mutual respect policy—what is shared in the container stays in the container.
We reserve the right to remove any client from a coaching program or group space for harassment, disruptive behavior, or breach of confidentiality.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to course materials, coaching frameworks, written content, videos, and audio recordings, is the intellectual property of Liliana Coventina, LLC.
You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without explicit permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results from coaching services. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on coaching guidance.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from participation in our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith discussions.
If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration before any legal action is pursued.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

By purchasing coaching services from Liliana Coventina, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
