Thank you for booking a package with CK Collective!

Here’s what to expect next:

Schedule Your Sessions: After completing your booking, you will receive a CODE and a link to our main calendar. Use this to select time slots that suit you. Choose from weekly (for rapid growth), bi-weekly (for steady progress), or monthly (for consistent, albeit slower, growth).
Session Preparation:
- Come Prepared: Before each session, text me on WhatsApp with two things going well, two things you're working on, and the purpose of the call.
- Bring Essentials: Have pen and paper ready for every session.
- Engage Actively: Participate in group discussions, ask questions, provide feedback, and be open to learning from others.
Terms & Conditions:
- Session Validity: Your sessions are valid for the duration of my business and can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. You may transfer unused sessions to someone else.
- Cancellation Policy: No-shows will not be rescheduled unless in an emergency. Cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Missed Sessions: If I need to reschedule or miss a session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide a BONUS 1-hour session at the end of your coaching.
- Refund Policy: We have a strict no-refund policy, but sessions can be transferred to another individual.
Additional Support:
- 24/7 Coaching: Enjoy continuous support through WhatsApp and email, alongside one 1-on-1 session per week and two group calls per week.
- Networking Groups: You will be added to our Facebook and LinkedIn Networking Groups after booking.
Code and Booking:
- Use Your Code: After booking, visit www.ckcollective.co/book to redeem your code and schedule your sessions. You can choose between 2x a week, 1x a week, bi-weekly, or monthly.
- Session Rescheduling: Reschedule up to 2 hours before a session. If I need to reschedule due to military obligations, I will credit you an additional session. Go to your google calendar invitation and at the bottom you will see 'Change Appointment' and can select a new time and date. Missed appointments will not be made up.

Payment Options: If you prefer to pay per session rather than upfront, please send me a message or email.

Schedule Your Sessions: Book your additional sessions on my calendar at www.ckcollective.co/book. Most clients work with me for 3-6 months, with ongoing monthly or bi-monthly sessions as needed. My calendar fills up quickly, and I only take 1-2 calls per day, so please book early and ahead of time. My schedule is EXTREMELY full into early 2025.
Group Coaching Calls, Membership, Free Courses & 25% off Coaching Rates: If you’re interested, sign up for group coaching calls at www.ckcollective.co/group. Our group calls are EACH WEEK on Thursday and Sunday night at 8 pm EST.
Communication: Text me on WhatsApp at +1.617.866.9573 once you’ve completed these steps. This is where I handle all client communications. For non-urgent matters, you can also email me at info@ckcollective.co. I’ll respond as promptly as possible, and I always strive to give my clients 110%.

Before Our First Call: Reflect on the six pillars of life—mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, academic, and financial. Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 and identify areas for growth. This will be a key discussion point at various points in our call.

Session Management: You can reschedule sessions up to 1 hour before the call using the email confirmation provided. I recommend booking sessions either 2x a week, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Please hit the 'Change Appointment' button in the invitation in your email calendar system.

Policies:

Refund Policy: All sessions are valid for life. No-shows and cancellations are non-refundable unless an emergency arises. If I miss or need to reschedule a session last minute, I will credit you a bonus session.
Terms & Conditions: Come prepared each week. Focus on making real progress and avoid complaints. Communication is key—I will text you as often as possible outside our sessions, with a response time of up to 24 hours.
