📅 Minimum Stay Requirements:

• Year-Round: 1-month minimum stay
• May through September: 4-month minimum stay required

📝 Start Your Application:

1. Online:
   Visit cricommercial.appfolio.com/listings/rental to view available spaces and submit your application.
2. In-Person:
   Contact us directly or visit the park management office to request an application packet, which includes:
   • Lease or rental agreement
   • Park rules and regulations
   • A copy of the Mobile Home Residency Law

✅ Submit Your Application:

• Complete the application form and submit it along with the required background check fee.

🔎 Approval Process:

• If Approved: The background check fee will be credited toward your first month’s rent.
• If Not Approved: The fee will be fully refunded.
• If Approved but Decline to Proceed: The fee may be retained to cover administrative costs.

🚚 Scheduling Move-In:

• Once approved, coordinate with park management to finalize your lease and schedule a move-in date within 30 days.
• Initial Monthly Rent: $1,500 for your designated space number.
