WAIVERS: NPS regulations require us to keep paper waivers on-site. If you would like to read our waiver before class, please contact info@east-outdoors.com.

CANCELLATION: We offer a full refunds up to 21 days before your class and rescheduling up to 14 days before. Camps must be canceled 28 days prior for a refund. Please reach out if you are unable to attend class due to an emergency and we'll always try to work with you to find a solution that works.

OVERNIGHT CAMP PAYMENT POLICIES: You have the option to pay 50% at the time of booking, with the balance charged 6 weeks before the camp start date. Cancellations more than 6 weeks before camp are eligible for a refund, less a $250 deposit. Cancellations after 6 weeks typically cannot be refunded but we will try to work with you to find a solution.

WEATHER: Weather moves quickly and rock dries fast in our region—and climbing in light rain can be fun, as long as you have a jacket and a positive outlook. Most of our classes can continue in light rain, and instructors will make the final call to pause or cancel class for unsafe conditions (thunder and lightning or extremely high heat).
