I am thrilled to be embarking on this journey with you. I am currently taking appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please pick a day and time for your appointment.

If you are booking a Personal Wellness Consultation, please follow the link to the FORMS page. You will need to print and fill out the INTAKE form and return that to me at least one week before your scheduled appointment. If the form is not received before the appointment, you will need to reschedule. Please email to get2theroots@gmail.com.

If you are scheduling an AO Scan Report Review 1:1 appointment, please email any reports that need to be reviewed to me at least one week before your appointment (if applicable). If the reports have not been received by me at least one week before the appointment, you will have to reschedule. Please email to get2theroots@gmail.com.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

To respect both your time and ours, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of consultation appointments.

Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
