Deposit: You will be asked for a Deposit upon Booking of which 100% is refundable if you Cancel your appointment within 48hrs of the appointment. Appointments that go over $300 must be paid in FULL the morning prior otherwise the appointment will be Canceled and you forfeit your original Deposit.
STRICT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY: CANCELLATIONS UNDER 48 HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO 100% OF APPOINTMENT COST AND WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE REBOOKING. IF YOU RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON UNDER 48HRS YOU WILL LOSE 100% OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
MY STYLE/TECHNIQUE/PREFERENCE is Manicured Locs and I use every Method (Palm Rolling, Loc Smithing, Interlocking or Crocheting)sometimes multiple Methods in an appointment to complete the assignment. I like clean, Congestion free Locs with visibly appealing and sensible Parting Systems. I am not the Loctician for you if you don't have a sensible Parting System AND you're NOT interested in a Regrid. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH ME IF YOU LOVE YOUR RANDOM HAPHAZARD PARTINGS. This also means I am not rushing through your hair so don't book with me right before some huge time sensitive engagement.
UPON ARRIVAL text me when you arrive and wait in your Car until you receive the text to come in.DO NOT bring extra guests; there is only 1 person allowed in the Studio for their service at a time.
