Scheduling is easy and heartfelt.

Just share your information and submit—sessions are offered via Zoom or phone, wherever you feel most comfortable to receive.

Your session is a private and trusted container, held with complete confidentiality. Life happens—if you need to reschedule, you’re welcome to do so with at least 2 hours’ notice. Please understand that all sessions are non-refundable.
