Terms and Conditions for Group Rate Purchases

1. Eligibility

• Group rates apply when three (3) or more seats are purchased for the same class, on the same date, and at the same location or virtual session.

• All participants must be registered under the same group rate purchase to qualify for the discount.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment for all seats in the group rate must be completed at the time of purchase to secure the discounted rate.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased seats.

3. Substitutions

• Substitutions for group participants are permitted up to 48 hours before the class start date. The new participant’s details must be provided at the time of substitution.

• Substitutions within 48 hours of the class will incur an administrative fee of $25 per substitution.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• If the group cancels the entire booking more than 10 business days before the class start date, a full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.

• Cancellations made 10 business days or fewer before the class start date are non-refundable but may be eligible for a transfer (see Transfer Policy below).

• Partial cancellations that reduce the group size below three participants will forfeit the group discount, and the remaining seats will be charged at the standard rate.

5. Transfers

• Group participants may transfer their registration to another class date if requested at least 10 business days before the original class date. Transfers are subject to seat availability and must be completed within six (6) months of the original class date.

• Transfers requested fewer than 10 business days before the class date will incur a $50 transfer fee per participant.

6. No-Shows

• No refunds or credits will be provided for participants who fail to attend the class without prior notice.

7. Class Rescheduling or Cancellation by Artisan Agility

• Artisan Agility reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment or instructor availability. In such cases, group participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future class date or receive a full refund.

8. Group Leader Responsibilities

• The individual booking the group rate (“Group Leader”) is responsible for providing accurate participant information (name, email, phone) for all group members at the time of registration.

• The Group Leader is also responsible for coordinating any substitutions, transfers, or other adjustments for the group.

9. Exclusions

• Group rate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.

• Group rates are not applicable for private or custom training sessions.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing a group rate, the Group Leader and all participants agree to these terms and conditions.
