IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS: Since Hurricane Helene, I have not had an office in Asheville, NC. I can, however, meet you at a local coffee or tea shop for your session. Feel free to book in for in person appointment, and I will touch base with you to decide where we shall meet! (Note: You will still receive a Zoom link for the session, but you can ignore that.)

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Booking fee is nonrefundable, unless Auburn Lily cancels and refunds the appointment herself. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, your appointment must be rescheduled.
