*If I have chosen a monthly subscription plan with up to one visit every week, I agree to paying the monthly subscription fee each month prior to the initial session within that month. I agree that this subscription billing will continue monthly until such time as I notify the coach (Jennifer Raulerson) via email or in writing that I would like to cancel my subscription beginning with the billing date for the following month.

*If I have chosen a package plan, I agree to pay the required $350 prior to the first session. I understand I will have no longer than six months to redeem the (6) sessions before expiration.

*If I have chosen individual sessions, I agree to pay $65.00 per each Zoom or In-Office session scheduled until I decide to change to a package or subscription plan.
