POLICY
* Partial refunds are acceptable if you are not happy with your order. I will communicate & follow up as much as possible during the production process to make sure I am meeting your needs, the garment fits as described, and it looks exactly like what we cover during our follow up meeting before your supplies are ordered.
* If your garment does not fit due to improper sizing on your end. You have the option to have your order remade, for an additional fee. ( I will do as much as possible on my end to prevent this, but if you are unsure about your measurements, in person or virtual meeting options are available.)
* Re-maker's fee will be waived for any inconveniences on my end!
* FULL Refunds are eligible for any inconveniences on my end!
* If after the 50% Deposit is received & you no longer wish to receive your custom item, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
* It is ON YOU to make the proper selections & give FULL details about your order in your Questionnaire Intake Form!
