Fibroplasma Blushing
Before booking, please do your due diligence to learn about Plasma Fibroblast or Jet Plasma. Read about before-care, after-care and stages of healing for Fibroblast in my blog posts linked in the main navigation menu. Another great place to go is my Fibroblast Waiver or Jet Plasma Consent Form for more information.
I recommend booking a consultation to begin. I will need to see photos, in some cases do a patch test and/ or suggest products to aid in prepping your skin for fibroblast. If you are Fitzpatrick (FP) skin type 4- 5, I highly recommend getting a patch test first to rule out chances of hyperpigmentation. Fibroblast is not recommended for anyone with FP skin type 6 due to the high risk of hypopigmentation/ hyperpigmentation. Most everyone is a candidate for Jet Plasma. Jet plasma cannot be administered on pregnant women, anyone with a pacemaker, is hypersensitive, has cancerous lesions, has an implanted neurostimulator, or any kind of implanted slow release medication device.
Choose your service, select your appointment day/ time, fill out my intake form, pay the deposit or pay in full and you're done. You'll get emails to guide you through next steps. I am accepting appointments on Saturdays. Balances are due on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation policy: More than a week in advance cancellations, your deposit will be refunded. If you reschedule more than a week in advance, we will push forward your deposit to hold your new time. If you cancel within a week, the deposit is not refunded. Only limited exceptions will be made. Please contact me as soon as you know you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule within a week, I will keep your deposit and require another 25% deposit to hold your new appointment. Appointments cancelled within 72- 48 hours will not receive a refund of their deposit and I will charge an additional 20% fee, based on your service price, not put towards a new appointment. If you reschedule within 72- 48 hours, 25% deposit is not refunded and I charge a new 25% deposit to hold your new appointment, plus a 20% fee. If an appointment is cancelled with 24 hours or less, or you are a no-show, I keep your deposit and charge you the full price of the service at the quoted price. In order to re-book your appointment, I will require a second full payment at quoted price, in addition to any policy fees deemed appropriate. Your 25% deposit is only refundable if appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within a week before your scheduled appointment. Thank you for honoring and respecting my policies.

As soon as you book, you will receive a confirmation email with the appropriate Waiver Form that needs to be completed at your earliest convenience. It contains useful information that you will need to read through in preparation for your treatment.
