Salon and Spa Policy
Guests:
- No kids allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
- Mask are now OPTIONAL due to substantial decrease in matter of the Corona Virus!
Upcharges:
- An extra service fee may be applied depending on length, density, and texture of hair.
- A fee is applied to select hairstyles for clients with Natural Hair. Please remember to select the “Natural Hair” add-on when booking your appointment if it applies to you. If it is not selected, your total may be more depending on the service selected at time of checkout.
- A $5 fee is applied for any hair, product, or equipment the stylist has to go and purchase on the client’s behalf for service and/or maintenance.
- A $30 convenience fee is applied for any client who wishes to schedule an appointment for hair services before or after regular business hours. *Note: this is contingent upon if the stylist desires to come to service the client. IT IS NOT MANDATORY!*
- ALL NEW (First Time) CLIENTS have to pay the $15 client consultation fee. Please add it to your appointment when booking, or it will be added at end of your service.
- There is a 5% charge included in total for all credit card payments
Deposits:
- A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE/ TRANSFERABLE Deposit is required for ALL APPOINTMENTS not unless there is already a deposit required for a specialty service.
- A 50%-75% NON- REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE deposit is required for any specialty services such as: hair extension, creative color, trendy styles or bridal package services.
Cancellations:
- A 50% cancellation fee is charged for any last minute cancellations that are not given 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment.
- A 75% cancellation fee is charged for any no call no show appointments.
Late Fees:
- A $15 late fee is charged if clients arrive past the 15 minute grace period, depending on if the stylist has the space to service the client. If not, clients have to reschedule the appointment, and the 50% last minute cancellation fee goes into effect. This fee will automatically be deducted from your card.
Bridal Packages:
- Simplistic Bridal Makeover-
This Bridal package is provided IN THE SALON ONLY!!! It consist of one on one service which includes: Hairstyle, facial mask, mimosa, glass of wine, or a non- alcoholic beverage, fresh fruit, and a cheese and cracker assortment. Consultation and 50% Deposit required. Trial Hairstyles is upon request. Any additional fees due to customizing package will be discussed at consultation.
- Luxurious Bridal Makeover-
This Bridal package is for those beauties who want to make sure their hair is perfect right before all eyes are on them. This service is not just provided in the salon, but I will travel to your wedding venue to be your personal hairstylist the day you say I DO! ( permitting a 20/30 minute radius, anything outside of radius is an additional fee) It consist of one on one service the day before and the day of your Big Day, which includes: a facial mask, mimosa, glass of wine, or a non- alcoholic beverage, fresh fruit, and a cheese and cracker assortment. It also includes, prepping your hair the day before your wedding, traveling to your location to complete wedding look and placing head piece. Consultation 50% Deposit required. Trial Hairstyle is upon request. Travel is maxed at a 20/30 minute radius, anything outside of given radius is an additional fee. Also, Any additional fees due to customizing package will be discussed at consultation.
