Detangling:Please be advised that hair MUST be detangled properly completely free of any braids, twist, extensions, etc before ANY appointment even if a shampoo service is included or added on to your service. Half-priced detangling sand take down services are available to add-on to your service if needed. Clients who show up without these add-ons and require detangling that takes longer than 15 minutes will be subject to $35 fee in addition to your services.

Lateness:

Layla J Beauty Co. has a very laxed policy regarding lateness and last minute changes to appointments. Due to an inflect of lateness this lateness policy has been adjusted to include of fee associated with tardiness.

Location:

The address to the location is 2128 Lee Rd. Cleveland Heights. There is parking on the street in front of the building " Hair Melodies" and around the back side of the building. If you have an early appointment please note that your appointment will start on time and there may not be anyone in the building to let you in before your time.


Added-on Services:

Please be prepared for your service to take additional time if you are adding-on additional services up to 90 minutes depending on add-ons.
