A credit card on file is required for all lactation visits. You can pay with this card at time of visit, or change the method of payment. Visit for information on insurance versus self pay.

Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of $50 with the credit card on file. Rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis. This applies to self pay and insurance approved clients.
- Clients more than 15 minutes late to in-person visits and more than 10 minutes late to virtual visits will have a shortened lactation consulting session. The visit may be rescheduled with a fee to a date and time convenient for your IBCLC. This applies to self pay and insurance approved clients.
- No call, no show in-person visits will be charged a $100.00 fee to the credit card on file. This applies to self pay and insurance approved clients.
- No call, no show virtual visits will be charged $50.00 fee to the credit card on file. This applies to self pay and insurance approved clients.
