Scheduling Policy:
At Chattahoochee Valley DNA Services LLC, we strive to provide convenient and reliable services to our valued clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following scheduling policy:
1. REFUND POLICY: All appointments booked with Chattahoochee Valley DNA Services are non-refundable within the 48 hours leading up to appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the nature of our services and the resources allocated for each appointment, we are unable to offer refunds once that window is passed.
2. 24-HOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY: We kindly request that any appointment rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services.
