Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Daniela Kerr Healing ("I", "me", "my", "myself"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of my coaching services ("Services"). By purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase my Services.

2. Services

2.1. Description of Services: I offer holistic life coaching services, including but not limited to, personal development, wellness coaching, mindfulness training, and pain reprocessing.

2.2. Individual Results: Individual results may vary. The effectiveness of my coaching services depends on various factors, including your commitment and participation.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use my Services.

3.2. Health Considerations: My Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

4.1. Booking: Appointments can be booked through my website.

4.2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. If client terminates services with a previously paid appointment package, clients are entitled to a 50% refund for remaining unused services.

4.3. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1. Hourly Rates: My fees are based on an hourly rate, which varies depending on the service I am providing and the package selected. I reserve the rights to change service fees at anytime. Current rate(s) are as follows:

- LA Fire Support (3 sessions): FREE

- Holistic Life Coaching: $90.90/hr

- Chronic Condition(s) Recovery: $111.00/hr

- Healing Presence Partnership: $90.90

5.2. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking. I accept payment through Acuity Booking/Stripe.

5.3. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellations made by myself, or if client terminates services with a previously paid appointment package. In the case of previously paid appointment packages, clients are entitled to a 50% refund for remaining unused services.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Privacy: I are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Any information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law.

6.2. Exceptions: Confidentiality may be broken if there is a threat of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. No Guarantees: I do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our Services.

7.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services.

7.3. Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of my Services.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Respectful Behavior: You agree to engage respectfully with me. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of Services.

9. Termination

9.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your use of my Services at any time by notifying me.

9.2. Termination by Us: I reserve the right to terminate your access to my Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on my website. Continued use of my Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California of the United States of America.
