Let's do an online lesson! Lesson can be done via Google Meets call. The goal of this lesson is to tweak and fix skills you have on your own, but aren't perfect. In this lesson, we will utilize what you have available to you to create drills and strength work for you to fix your form. If you have a partner or a parent around you, we can utilize them to safely spot you for your skills.

Basics Needed for Class - Resistance Bands, Ankle Weights, Furniture Movers & Yoga Block. Not used for every class but will be used for most. Come prepared to SWEAT!

Rest your body & recover with me! Pilates, yoga type movements. You will need a yoga mat & ankle/wrist weights to workout with. Class is for beginners to intermediate. Meant to recover & restart your body for the new week!
