All yoga classes are 1 hour in length. Want to bring a friend, you can book more than one spot in a class (excluding private lessons). Pre-registration is required for all classes since space is limited.

Ayurvedic consultations are 2 1/2 hours for initial consults and Follow-ups available for 1 hour or 30 minute time slots. Please call or message to schedule an appointment.
