A $20 cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, or in cases where we arrive and are unable to access the vehicle due to your absence or lack of vehicle access, will result in a $40 fee.
Payment can be made using cash or eftpos. Kindly note that there is a 1.9% surcharge applicable for eftpos transactions.
