Cleaning fees are optional - we pride ourselves on being transparent and prefer to give you the option to choose between our self-clean and cleaning fees.
If you decide to choose self-clean, we require a $350 refundable deposit. Our cleaning fee option is $150, which requires the same deposit amount of $350, of which $200 will be refunded to you post-booking if there are no incidentals.
