1. Complete the Intake Form

If you haven’t already filled out the intake form, please do so now. This form helps Martin understand your goals, pain points, and what you’d like to accomplish during your session.

If you’ve already completed the intake during booking, no further action is needed.

2. Prepare Key Documents (Optional but Recommended)

Depending on the focus of your session, you may want to have the following ready for reference:

  • Business plan, pitch deck, or launch timeline (if applicable)
  • Product descriptions, formulations, or compliance docs
  • System workflows or screenshots (for adjudication/claims consultations)
  • Marketing collateral or TikTok/e-commerce assets
  • Questions or decisions you need help with

3. Technical Details

  • Sessions are hosted via Zoom (unless otherwise agreed). You’ll receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email.
  • Please be on time and ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
  • Sessions are 60–75 minutes depending on your appointment type.

4. Payment Confirmation

Payment is required to secure your session. If you haven’t submitted payment yet, please do so through the booking system. Your session will not be confirmed until payment is received.

5. Rescheduling or Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

6. Post-Session Deliverables

After the session, you’ll receive:

  • A personalized summary or roadmap (if included in your session tier)
  • Key takeaways and next steps
  • Any recommended tools, contacts, or templates discussed
