Visit our website or call our customer service team to book your appointment. Choose a date, time, and location (PUBLIC PLACE) that works best for you. Please note that mileage rates will apply. An invoice for mileage rates will be emailed to the client and must be paid before services are rendered.
3. Mobile Testing Experience
Once your appointment is confirmed, our team will come to your chosen location. We ensure that this will be a hassle-free and confidential sample collection process.
4. Secure Process
After your sample has been collected, it will be securely shipped to our accredited AABB laboratory for analysis. Rest assured and know that your results are handled with the highest level of discretion.
5. Receive Your Results
Typically, expect to receive your results within 2-3 days, depending upon the type of test you are receiving, but it's possible that they can be received as soon as 24 hours.
Please note that refunds are not offered on DNA testing.
