Ticket Disclaimer

  1. Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased them.
  2. One ticket per person is required. Children over the age of 10 will not be permitted entry without their own ticket.
  3. You must arrive at least 30 minutes before the store opens. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot in line.
  4. An email confirmation must be shown to gain entry at the time the store opens.
  5. All customers must follow the store’s rules and guidelines. Click here to read our in-store guidelines.
  6. We do not control who purchases tickets or guarantee any specific products will be available inside the store.
  7. Tickets do not guarantee access to specific items, and inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
