Photo Booth Scheduling Instructions

To ensure a seamless and exceptional experience, follow these industry-standard guidelines when scheduling your photo booth:


1. Determine the Booth Style and Features

  • Select the Booth: Choose the photo booth that fits your event style—Luxe Booth, 360 Booth, or PhotoBot.
  • Customization Options: Decide on backdrops, overlays, and branded elements during the booking process.

2. Secure Your Booking Early

  • Availability: Book your booth at least 3–6 months in advance to guarantee availability, especially for peak seasons like weddings, holidays, and corporate event months.
  • Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

3. Provide Event Details

  • Event Timeline: Share your event start and end times, so the booth is set up and ready to go.
  • Location Access: Provide venue details, including load-in instructions, parking, and setup areas.
  • Guest Count: Inform us of the approximate number of guests to ensure sufficient prints and supplies.

4. Allocate Time for Setup and Breakdown

  • Allow 1–1.5 hours for setup and 45 minutes for breakdown.
  • Setup Timing: Schedule the booth to be operational at least 15 minutes before guests arrive in the area.

5. Confirm Service Duration

  • Standard Duration: Most bookings include 3–5 hours of service. Additional hours can be added upon request.
  • Idle Time: If the booth needs to pause during your event (e.g., during speeches or presentations), discuss idle time options during booking.

6. Plan for On-Site Support

  • Attendant Services: All booths include a professional attendant for troubleshooting, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth operation.

7. Share Your Preferences

  • Customizations: Finalize backdrops, templates, music (for 360 Booth), and other enhancements at least 2 weeks before the event.
  • Social Sharing: Inform your guests if instant sharing via text or email is enabled.

8. Prepare for Power and Space Requirements

  • Power Source: Ensure a standard 110V outlet is available within 10 feet of the booth location.
  • Space Needs: Provide the necessary space:
    • Luxe Booth: 8' x 8'
    • 360 Booth: 10' x 10'
    • PhotoBot: Roaming, with no fixed space needed.

9. Review Final Details

  • A confirmation email will be sent 7 days before the event, including setup times, attendant contact information, and any special instructions.
