An Initial Consultation Booking must be scheduled before Booking of the Workshop to determine if I will be a suitable fit to Guide you within your process.

Clients are only eligible for refunds if Appointments are cancelled 24 hours before scheduled time, deposits are non refundable.

You are agreeing to not Market any techniques, practices, or beliefs of the Love Craft System that will be taught in this workshop unless agreed upon with Nikiera Jenkins aka Professor G. Anyone who develops under the LoveCraft System meaning there is proof of an implementation of the LoveCraft System's organized protocols, procedures, and or beliefs, acknowledges that only I, Nikiera Jenkins aka Professor G, holds ownership of the intellectual and commercial property over the beliefs, protocols, and procedures or Organized Systems transfered from this Workshop. You agree to acknowledge, reference, and accredit Nikiera Jenkins aka Professor G, as being the Developer of the LoveCraft System and Holder of Ownership of the intellectual and Commercial Property of the LoveCraft System when transferring information developed from and of the Love Craft System.

All Weekly Work assigned to the Client is to be completed before the time of the next appointment. I am not liable nor will I be held accountable for the lack of effective results if there is failure to complete or adhere to my Curated Guidance and Instruction. I do curate assigned work to the circumstance of my Client as well as to the necessity of the Emotional/Mental Processing System Development.

Failure to complete weekly Instructed work by the deadline at any part of the 4 part workshop will forfeit that week from counting towards the four week process and you will have to reschedule that week to complete your 4 week commitment. If you cannot reschedule within 7 days of that Due Date, any completed weeks will be forfeited to count towards the 4 week commitment and not eligible for refund. The client will have to recommit to another 4 week process to adhere to the protocols of the LoveCraft System.

As an Emotional and Mental Processing System Development Professor, I recognize that we all come from different backgrounds and I will be working with Clients in need of assistance in communications, boundaries and emotional regulation so I will investigate engagements in the event that disrespect is not intended nor disregarded, and awareness and boundaries just needed to be implaced. If those boundaries cannot be adhered to or the awareness of behavior is not acknowledged and corrected, Disrespectful behavior will result in a Full refund (not including deposits) and cancellation of your booking and exclude an individual from booking or a year.
