CANCELLATION POLICY: SIXFOURSHIELD LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE APPROVAL OF ANY STATE THAT YOU MAY APPLY FOR. WE DON’T ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY COURSES FOR ANY REASONS. IN THE CASE THAT YOU DO NOT PASS A LIVE FIRE QUALIFICATION YOU WILL HAVE TO RETAKE THE COURSE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE
RESCHEDULING POLICY: You may only reschedule once. Rescheduling before 72 hours of your scheduled class will not result in any fees. Although, any rescheduling within 72 hours before the first day of your scheduled class will result in a $60 rescheduling fee that must be paid within 72 hours after the second day of class. Failure to reschedule before the end of the first day of your scheduled class or failure to pay rescheduling fees within 72 hours of the second day of your scheduled class will result in the full price being charged to register for another class date.
