Thank You for ordering with, Cake Laidy LLC, for your blissful, decadent desserts on you or your loved ones special day! I am a home based bakery with a Cottage-Food License in Maryland. I serve the areas surrounding PG County, MD as well as other areas in the DMV region.

Booking Requirements: I require a 50% non-refundable deposit that will go towards your order. All orders must be booked 5 days prior to your day of pick up. On the calendar, are times & days provided that is convenient for you to receive your order. You will receive an email confirming your order after you have submitted your deposit, with all information required for pick up. Reminder emails & texts will be sent to you regarding your order.

Pick Up Policy: The other 50% of payment must be made 24 hours before you pick up your order. Your order will be shown to before you leave, ensuring you are receiving what you desired.15 minutes is the time frame for you to pick up your order. Communication is important when you are running late for your pick up. Please let me know if you will be late for pick up to avoid an additional $10 late fee. Once the order is picked up, the responsibility for storage & care is in your hands.

Delivery Policy: If you are interested in delivery services, an additional $15 delivery fee will be added to your order. The other 50% of payment must be made 24 hours before you pick up your order.15 minutes is also the time frame for me to deliver your order. I intend to deliver your order on time, but if I am running late I will surely be in contact with you. Once the order is delivered, the responsibility for care & storage is in your hands.

Order Care Policy: Clients/customers who pick up orders must place order on a flat, clean, & tidy surface. I recommend placing the order on the passenger seat floor of your vehicle. Allow your air conditioning (A/C) to be on the highest & coldest setting in your vehicle to prevent the buttercream from melting. Please drive slowly and carefully when getting to your destination. DO NOT run errands & leave your order in the vehicle with no air conditioning, that will risk damage being done to your order. Once you get to your destination, please place your order in the refrigerator, NOT the freezer. Order expiration date will be listed on the label provided on the order box.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you choose to cancel your order 24 hours before your pick up date, a full reimbursement or refund of your deposit will not be provided to you. All sales are final & ineligible for reimbursement. Under carefully consideration for rare situations, refunds will be made to customers/clients.
