การจองบริการด้านกงสุลออนไลน์จะเปิดให้จองล่วงหน้าทุก 60 วัน หากท่านไม่สามารถเลือกวันที่ต้องการรับบริการได้ หมายถึง คิวในวันดังกล่าวเต็มแล้ว หรือยังไม่เปิดให้จองเนื่องจากอยู่ในระยะเวลาเกิน 60 วัน
The time slots for online appointment booking are opened every 60 days. If you are unable to choose the date you wish, it can be due to one of the following reasons (1) the time slots on that date are fully booked or (2) the said date is not yet in the range of 60 days and not yet opened for booking.
สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการจองบริการที่มีพฤติกรรมในลักษณะผิดปกติ เช่น การจองซ้ำหลายบริการ หรือการจองซ้ำหลายช่วงเวลา รวมทั้ง ขอระงับการให้บริการแก่ผู้ที่มีพฤติกรรมการจองนัดหมาย แต่พบว่า บ่อยครั้งผู้จองไม่มาปรากฏตัวเข้ารับบริการตามวันที่มีนัดหมาย หรือยกเลิกการจองในระยะเวลากระชั้นชิด ซึ่งพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้ที่ประสงค์ใช้บริการท่านอื่น ทำให้ไม่สามารถจองเวลานัดหมายเข้ารับบริการได้
ทั้งนี้ หากมีการยกเลิกนัดหมายดังกล่าว ผู้จองจะได้รับการแจ้งจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ทางระบบอีเมล์อัตโนมัติ
The Royal Thai Embassy in Oslo reserves the rights to cancel appointments, which are deemed peculiar in nature, such as repeated booking of different services or time slots, and will also suspend services for repeated no show applicants or cancellation at short notice, since such behaviour affect the availability of time slots for other applicants who wish to make appointment.
Applicants will be notified the cancellation of appointments by the Royal Thai Embassy through an automated cancellation email system.
