FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS ONLY - Cancellation & Billing: The membership will begin the date your initial payment is received. It will be automatically charged on the same day each month. Price at initial signup will be guaranteed until cancelation/termination of services. If the member chooses to re-enroll after cancelation, they will repay the startup fee and the current price of said membership. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Charges will continue unless I cancel my membership in writing. Golden Hour Hair and Tan reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Golden Hour Hair and Tan's late cancelation and no show policies apply to all memberships. Membership may be placed on hold due to any outstanding past due balance.

If I choose to dispute the recurring fee without first attempting to cancel the contract in writing, I acknowledge and agree to a $30 fee, which will be charged to my account and paid using the card provided or invoiced to me. This fee shall be paid in full prior to receiving any future services.
