When booking, you will see the only option is 7am. This is just a placeholder for scheduling purposes.
We set up the morning of your party between 7am-3pm. In the case you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
We pickup same-day after your event ends. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested after 9pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour and are subject to prior approval. Please email us to discuss before booking. We do not pick up waterslides after dark. If you want the waterslide after day, an automatic overnight fee will be charged.
We do not allow park pick ups after dark for the safety of our clients and team.
Add-on inventory (like tables & chairs, generators, fringe, etc) is subject to availability. You are welcome to inquire prior to booking to check on add-on availability or you can move forward with booking and we can let you know if an add-on you booked ends up not being available for your date.
